摘　　要：普通剪力墙结构的住宅存在内部空间布置不太灵活的问题,框架结构的住宅常因较大的柱子而影响空间使用。为此,基于承重型外墙板、全预制楼板和楼梯,通过新型的楼层处连接构造方式,提出了一种外墙板承重型装配式混凝土住宅结构体系。研究表明:本结构的预制率和装配率高、构件体量适中、安装简便可靠,同时具有完善的设计依据和方法。本文结果可为相关研究提供参考。Residential buildings with ordinary shear wall structures have the problem of inflexible internal space layout,and residential buildings with frame structures often have space usage affected by larger columns.Therefore,based on load-bearing exterior wall panels,fully prefabricated floor slabs and stairs,a new type of floor connection construction method is proposed and then an exterior wall panel bearing-type prefabricated concrete residential structure system is established.The research combined with example shows that the prefabrication and assembly rates of this structure are high,the component size is moderate,the installation is simple and reliable,and it also has a comprehensive design basis and method.
