新时代高校党外青年教师协同育人功能及实践路径研究

摘  要:随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化,党外青年教师的比例也大幅提高。为充分利用高校党外青年教师群体优势,发挥高校党外青年教师协同育人功能,该文从数量、教育水平、身份、资源及政治意识五个方面分析高校党外青年教师的群体优势,采用问卷调查的形式对本专业大学生价值观展开调查。根据调查结果总结并得出发挥协同育人功能的实施路径,提出进一步提升党外青年教师工作水平与责任意识的建议。With the continuous deepening of higher education reform in our country,the proportion of young teachers outside the Party has also increased greatly.In order to make full use of the advantages of the group of non-party young teachers in colleges and universities,the collaborative education function of non-party young teachers in colleges and universities was brought into play.This paper analyzed the group advantages of non-party young teachers in colleges and universities from five aspects:number,education level,identity,resources and political consciousness,and investigated the values of college students in this major by questionnaire survey.According to the results of the investigation,the implementation path of the collaborative education function was summarized,and the suggestions were put forward to further improve the work level and responsibility consciousness of young teachers outside the party.
