摘　　要：教育是国之大计。为培养民族复兴时代新人,专业课教师必须注重思政教育,以立德树人为教学目标,解决专业教育与思政教育“两张皮”问题。连锁经营模式已经在中国蓬勃发展,为培养诚信服务的连锁经营企业管理者,该文基于网络商家差评服务补救管理,探索思政教学引入连锁经营与管理课程、挖掘连锁经营与管理课程中的思政元素,运用多元的思政教学方法使思政教育贯穿于专业教育的全过程,充分发挥专业教育与思政教育的协同作用。Education is a national plan.In order to cultivate new people in the era of national rejuvenation,teachers of professional courses must pay attention to ideological and political education,and solve the"two skin"problem of professional education and ideological and political education with the teaching goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.The chain operation mode has been booming in China.In order to cultivate chain operation enterprise managers who provide honest services,this paper,based on the network merchants'poor evaluation service recovery management,explores the introduction of the"Chain Operation and Management"course into ideological and political education,excavates the ideological and political elements in the course of"Chain Operation and Management",and uses multiple ideological and political teaching methods to make ideological and political education run through the whole process of professional education,givingfull play to the synergy between professional education and ideological and political education.
