摘 要:为完善混凝土涵洞防渗抗裂技术,本文运用建筑工程防渗原理,针对某混凝土涵洞防渗,研究提出加设垫梁、截渗环等系统防渗技术,同时探讨提出土工格栅加筋土法、混凝土盖板保护法、涵洞底部仰拱法3种涵洞实用减荷抗裂方法;针对涵洞混凝土配筋,提出环氧树脂涂层钢筋和GFRP筋两种应用方案。结果表明:此类技术能有效提高涵洞防渗抗裂性能,延长涵洞使用寿命,降低使用阶段维护成本。本文成果可为今后建筑结构防渗抗裂提供一些启示和借鉴。In order to improve the impermeable crack technology of concrete culverts,through the analysis of the principle of anti-leakage in construction engineering,aiming at seepage prevention of concrete culverts,the anti-leakage technologies of the system such as adding cushion beams and seepage interception rings are studied and proposed,and such three practical load reduction and anti-cracking methods for culverts as geogrid reinforced soil method,concrete cover plate protection method,and culvert bottom inverted arch method are discussed and proposed.For the concrete reinforcement of culverts,two application schemes of epoxy resin coated steel bars and GFRP bars are proposed,which effectively improve the anti-leakage and anti-cracking performance of the culvert,prolong the service life of the culvert,and reduced the maintenance cost in the use stage.The results can provide some enlightenment and reference for anti-leakage and anti-cracking of building structures in the future.
