摘 要:单向阀动态性能是影响磁致伸缩电液作动器中核心部件磁致伸缩泵输出性能的因素之一。已应用于磁致伸缩泵配流的悬臂梁单向阀在使用过程中出现随着启闭频率上升而响应性能下降问题,通过理论分析,提出了一种高频响应双瓣式悬臂梁单向阀,对已有和提出的单向阀进行动态响应分析。通过流固耦合在阀两端输入幅值为60 kPa的正弦压差,对比分析了已有和提出的两种单向阀的响应性。结果表明:随着输入压差信号频率的增加,已有单瓣式悬臂梁单向阀出现了响应滞后和阀口不能关闭的情况,阀口未关闭位移随频率的增大而增大,输入频率每增加100 Hz,阀口不闭合位移增加2.1%;双瓣式悬臂梁单向阀在相同结构参数下频率响应和阀口关闭情况都优于单瓣式单向阀,输入频率每增加100 Hz,阀口不闭合位移增加1%,减少了阀口回流,阀的高频响应优点可以适应磁致伸缩材料高频宽的特点。为高性能智能电液作动器的发展提供支持。The dynamic performance of check valve is one of the factors affecting the output performance of magnetostrictive pump,which is the core component of magnetostrictive electrohydraulic actuator.The cantilever beam check valve which has been applied to the flow distribution of magnetostrictive pump appears to have the problem of decreasing response performance with the increase of opening and closing frequency in the process of using,through theoretical analysis,a high-frequency response double-valve cantilever beam check valve is proposed,and the dynamic response of the existing and proposed check valves is analyzed.Through the fluid-solid coupling at both ends of the valve input amplitude of 60 kPa sinusoidal differential pressure,compared and analyzed the responsiveness of the existing and proposed into the two check valves.The results show that with the increase of the frequency of the input differential pressure signal,the existing single-valve cantilever beam check valves showed response hysteresis and the valve port could not be closed,and the unclosed displacement of the valve port increased with the increase of the frequency,and the unclosed displacement of the valve port increased by 2.1%for each increase of the input frequency by 100 Hz.Double-valve cantilever beam check valve in the same structural parameters under the frequency response and the valve port closure are better than the single-valve check valve,the input frequency of every increase of 100 Hz,the valve port unclosed displacement increased by 1%,reducing the valve port backflow,the valve's high-frequency response advantages can be adapted to the characteristics of the high-frequency width of the magnetostrictive material.Provide support for the development of high-performance intelligent electro-hydraulic actuators.
