摘 要:高速通道压裂是以支撑剂团支撑裂缝并获得更高裂缝导流能力的新型压裂技术。为了探究支撑剂团排列方式对裂缝整体导流能力的影响,文中在考虑闭合压力作用下支撑剂团和裂缝壁面变形的基础上,建立了一种流体在高速通道和支撑剂团中耦合的流动模型,并对交错型和正对型支撑剂团排列方式的裂缝整体导流能力进行模拟,分析了支撑剂团半径和间距对裂缝整体导流能力的影响。结果显示:支撑剂团半径的减小和支撑剂团间距的增大均会导致裂缝支撑效果变差,正对型和交错型支撑剂团的半径均不宜小于0.100 m,支撑剂团间距不宜大于0.25 m;相同条件下,交错型支撑剂团填充的裂缝导流能力要比正对型支撑剂团填充的裂缝导流能力平均高53.53%。High speed channel fracturing is a new fracturing technology that uses proppant clusters to support fractures and obtain higher fracture conductivity.In order to explore the effect of proppant clusters arrangement on the overall fracture conductivity,considering the deformation of proppant cluster and fracture surface under the closure pressure,a fluid coupling flow model in the high-speed channel and proppant cluster was established,and the overall conductivity of fractures under the filling of staggered and opposite proppant cluster was simulated.The influence of the radius and spacing of the proppant cluster on the overall conductivity of the fracture was analyzed.The simulation results show that the decrease of proppant cluster radius and the increase of proppant clusters spacing will lead to the poor support of the fracture.The radius of the opposite and staggered proppant clusters should not be less than 0.100 m,and the spacing of the proppant clusters should not be greater than 0.25 m.Under the same condition,the conductivity of fractures filled by staggered proppant clusters is 53.53%higher on average than that of fractures filled by opposite proppant clusters.
