变电站在线式综合智能防误系统的设计与研究

摘  要:在防止电气误操作方面,独立微机操作防误系统及一体化五防子系统都在不同时期发挥着重要作用。随着无线通信技术、计算机技术和智慧物联等新技术的发展,以及智慧变电站的推广应用,结合传统变电站防误系统的现状和不足,设计了一种在线式综合智能防误系统。设计的综合智能防误系统借用输变电设备物联网节点设备无线组网协议的传输通道,实现在线式防误校验;利用基于“电气原理+管理规则”的智能拓扑防误分析判断算法模型,替代人工编辑防误规则逻辑表达式和取消万能解锁钥匙;利用“物联网+”技术在传统防误装置上的应用,实现防误锁具和接地线状态实时在线交互;利用变电站采集的多源辅助设备数据,实现基于主设备辅助信息的防误操作风险预警。针对防误、锁控、门禁、地线管理系统分散、防误范围不足等问题,提出面向多业务场景、防误措施协同的综合智能防误解决方案。In terms of the maloperation caused by wrong electric operation procedures,the microcomputer-based program anti-maloperation system and anti-maloperation integration system all play an important role in different periods.With the development of new technologies such as wireless communication technology,computer technology and smart IOT,and the popularization and application of smart substation,combined with the current situation and shortcomings of traditional substation anti-maloperation systems,an online comprehensive intelligent anti-maloperation system is designed in this paper.The designed integrated intelligent anti-maloperation system is designed to realize online anti-maloperation verification by borrowing the transmission channel of Node device wireless networking protocol for the internet of power transmission and transformation equipment.Aiming at the decentralized problems of anti-maloperation,lock control,Entrance guard,ground wire management system and the problem of insufficient anti-maloperation range,a comprehensive intelligent antimaloperation solution for multi business scenarios and coordination of anti-maloperation measures is proposed in this paper.
