摘 要:乙型肝炎疫苗的接种是预防HBV感染最经济、有效的方法。分子生物学和基因工程的进步使得疫苗的制造工艺不断完善,乙型肝炎疫苗也从最开始的血源性疫苗逐渐发展至当下所应用的重组疫苗。预防性乙型肝炎疫苗在临床中已试用于HBsAg清除人群以提高抗-HBs水平,且具有安全性及有效性。并且作为治疗CHB新药的多种靶点之一,基于HBsAg的治疗性乙型肝炎疫苗已经在研发和临床试验中。Hepatitis B vaccination is the most economical and effective way to prevent HBV infection.The advances in molecular biology and genetic engineering have continuously improved the manufacturing process of vaccines,and hepatitis B vaccine has gradually developed from the initial plasma-derived vaccine to the currently used recombinant vaccine.Preventive hepatitis B vaccine has been clinically tested in patients with HBsAg seroclearance to increase the level of anti-HBs,with certain safety and efficacy.As one of the multiple targets for new drugs in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,a therapeutic hepatitis B vaccine based on HBsAg is already in the stages of research and development and clinical trial.
