摘  要:结合设计的运煤车的主要特点、总体结构和技术参数,详细说明了关键部件装煤斗的设计过程,并对安全制动系统、后轮辅助驱动系统、液压系统、电气系统等设计过程做了简单介绍。井下工业性试验结果表明,该运煤车性能可靠,能够满足连采工作面对运煤车辆的生产需求。Combining the main characteristics,overall structure,and technical parameters of the designed coal transport vehicle,the design process of the key component coal hopper was explained in detail,and the design process of the safety braking system,rear wheel auxiliary drive system,hydraulic system,electrical system,etc.were briefly introduced.The underground industrial test results showed that the coal transport vehicle had reliable performance and could meet the production needs of coal transport vehicle in continuous mining face.
