摘  要:目前井下胶轮运输装备大多以矿用防爆柴油机作为动力,国内矿用防爆柴油机大多由通用柴油机防爆改造而成,存在着防爆改造工作不到位而引发瓦斯爆炸的风险,因此其安全性能显得十分重要。根据MT 990-2006标准中对矿用柴油机防爆试验的要求,从试验仓设计、配气系统、测控加载系统、安全监控系统、机械传动系统等方面对矿用柴油机防爆性能试验系统进行规划设计与工艺布置。该试验系统已取得CNAS、CMA、安全生产和安全标志检验资质,具有试验能力大、技术先进、功能齐全的优点。At present,most of the underground rubber tire transportation equipment is powered by mining explosion-proof diesel engine.Most of the domestic mining explosion-proof diesel engines are explosion-proof retrofitted from general diesel engines,which carries the risk of gas explosion caused by inadequate explosion-proof retrofitting work.Therefore,their safety performance is very important.Based on the requirements for explosion-proof testing of mining diesel engine in the MT 990-2006 standard,the plan,design,and process layout of the explosion-proof performance test system for mining diesel engine were carried out from the aspects of experimental warehouse design,gas distribution system,measurement and control loading system,safety monitoring system,mechanical transmission system,etc.This testing system has obtained CNAS,CMA,safety production and safety label inspection qualifications,and has the advantages of large testing capacity,advanced technology and complete functions.
