摘 要:综合机械化放顶煤开采技术是一种针对比较倾斜和厚实的煤层实现安全、高产、高效的开采技术。综放工作面液压支架作为重要的顶板支撑装备,其支护强度能否平衡回采工作面顶板压力是综放工作面安全、高效、高产的关键。通过分析现场地质条件、矿压观测数据,总结矿压显现规律,计算液压支架支护阻力,实现特厚煤层放顶煤开采工作面液压支架选型。Fully mechanized top caving mining technology is a kind of mining technology aiming at relatively inclined and thick coal seams to achieve safety,high yield and high efficiency.Hydraulic support of fully mechanized caving face is an important roof support equipment,and whether its support strength can balance the roof pressure of the mining face is the key to safety,high efficiency and high yield of fully mechanized caving face.By analyzing the on-site geological conditions and observation data of mie pressure,summarized the law of mine pressure development,calculated the support resistance of hydraulic support,and realized the selection of hydraulic support on the mining face of top coal caving in extremely thick coal seam.
