摘　　要：针对大规格浮动油封试验机的应用研究,提出了对浮动油封动静座腔安装工况进行调整的模拟试验方法,介绍了浮动油封端面压力检测、大尺寸浮动油封试验座腔设计、润滑油油位控制等一些关键技术,设计并完成了样机试制,为浮动油封制造及相关应用企业提供了可供选择的试验检测设备。For the application research of large size floating seal testing machine,a simulation test method for adjusting the installation condition for housing bore of floating seal was proposed.Some key technologies such as the pressure detection of floating seal face surface,the design of large size floating seal test housing bore and the control of lubricating oil level were introduced,and the prototype was designed and completed,provide a selection of testing equipment for floating seal manufacturing and related application enterprises.
