摘 要:针对乌达矿区近距离煤层群重复采动下工作面瓦斯涌出规律较单一煤层更为复杂的难题,通过引入大功率定向钻机等一系列瓦斯治理新装备和现场实践,形成了乌达矿区近距离煤层群开采瓦斯综合治理技术体系。工作面回采前,采用走向钻孔结合“梳”状穿层分支孔对本煤层及邻近层进行大规模区域立体联合抽采,实现采前抽采达标;回采期间根据9#、10#、12#煤层的瓦斯涌出来源及瓦斯涌出规律,针对性选择大孔径顶板高位钻孔抽采技术、大直径水平钻孔桥接采空区抽采技术、V形钻孔抽采技术和上隅角插管抽采等瓦斯治理措施进行瓦斯治理,主要回采工作面回风流瓦斯浓度均不超过0.6%,取得了较好的治理效果,确保了矿井的安全生产。In response to the problem that the gas emission pattern of the working face under repeated mining of close range coal seam group in Wuda mining area is more complex than that of a single coal seam,a comprehensive gas control technology system for close range coal seam group mining in Wuda mining area has been formed by introducing a series of new gas control equipment such as high-power directional drilling machines and on-site practice.Before the mining of the working face,a large-scale regional three-dimensional joint mining was carried out on this coal seam and adjacent layers using strike drilling combined with"comb"shaped cross layer branch holes to achieve pre mining extraction standards.During the mining period,based on the sources and patterns of gas emission in the 9#,10#,and 12#coal seams,targeted gas control measures such as large aperture roof high-level drilling and extraction technology,large diameter horizontal drilling and bridging goaf extraction technology,V-shaped drilling and extraction technology,and upper corner insertion and extraction were selected for gas control.The gas concentration of return air flow in the main mining faces did not exceed 0.6%,achieving good control results,ensuring the safe production of the mine.
