摘  要:针对单轨吊机车现有起吊梁存在的功能单一且难以满足煤矿巷道多尺寸、多类型、多重量物料吊运任务的问题,根据液压支架等需要旋转吊运物料的特点和吊运需求,设计了单轨吊机车用旋转起吊梁。基于数值仿真技术,开展单轨吊机车用旋转起吊梁的力学性能分析。分析结果表明:新设计旋转起吊梁满足设计载荷40 t的要求,安全系数均大于2.5;在危险工况下,其最大等效应力及最大位移变形量均小于许用值,强度和刚度满足工程应用要求。In view of the single function of the existing hoisting beam of monorail crane,and difficult to meet the multi-size,multi-type and multi-weight material hoisting task in coal mine roadway,according to the characteristics and lifting requirements of materials that require rotating lifting such as hydraulic supports,the rotating lifting beam for monorail crane was designed.Based on the numerical simulation technology,the mechanical properties of the rotating lifting beam for monorail crane were analyzed.The results show that the newly designed rotating lifting beam can meet the design load of 40 t,and the factor of safety is more than 2.5;under dangerous working conditions,the maximum equivalent stress and maximum displacement deformation are both less than the allowable values,the strength and stiffness meet the requirements of engineering applications.
