摘 要:针对摩擦焊钻杆总缩短量较大会导致材料浪费甚至腐蚀产物沉积导致应力腐蚀、开裂的现象,研究了摩擦焊总缩短量对焊区影响规律。基于微观组织和力学性能的对比分析,对89三棱螺旋定向钻杆不同总缩短量的摩擦焊进行了相关试验。结果表明,摩擦焊总缩短量为10 mm时其综合力学性能最优,节约材料的同时保证了产品的质量。Aiming at the phenomenon of material waste and corrosion product deposition resulting in stress corrosion cracking caused by large total shortening of drill pipe in friction welding,the effect of total shortening on welding area was studied.Based on the comparative analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties,the friction welding of 89 three-edge spiral directional drill pipe with different total shortening amount was tested.The results show that the overall mechanical properties of friction welding are the best when the total shortening amount is 10 mm,the material is saved and the product quality is guaranteed.
