摘  要:为提高矿用挖掘机的节能特性,将液压二次调节技术应用于矿用挖掘机的液压系统以回收回转机构制动前的转动能,从而降低燃油消耗量并改善排放。基于AMESim搭建系统仿真模型并进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:制动加速度越大,系统能量回收效率越高,系统能量回收效率最大可达74.9%。In order to improve the energy-saving characteristics of mining excavator,the hydraulic secondary regulation technology was applied to the hydraulic system of mining excavator to recover the rotational energy of the excavator rotary mechanism before braking,so as to reduce the fuel consumption and improve the emission.A system simulation model was constructed and analyzed based on AMESim,and the simulation results show that the larger the braking acceleration,the higher the system energy recovery efficiency,and the maximum efficiency of the system energy recovery can reach 74.9%.
