采煤机齿轨轮失效及预防措施研究

摘　　要：采用齿轮-销轨型牵引机构的无链采煤机,在行走过程中齿轨轮起到了至关重要的作用。针对齿轨轮经常损坏的问题,通过对齿轨轮失效形式分析,从齿形设计、原材料、热加工质量、冷加工制造水平、使用环境等方面提出了改进措施,提高了采煤机齿轨轮的使用寿命。The chainless shearer adopts gear pin rail traction mechanism,and the gear rail wheel plays a crucial role in the process of walking.In view of the problem to often damage in the gear rail wheel,through the analysis of the failure form of the tooth rail wheel,the improvement measures were put forward from the gear shape design,raw materials,hot processing quality,cold processing manufacturing level,and use environment,etc.,and the service life of the shearer gear rail wheel was increased.
