摘 要:针对某种不锈钢液压镂空零件由自身结构导致刚性不足而存在难加工的问题,为提高其加工效率和加工质量展开加工研究与实践。对液压镂空零件进行零件实体建模、加工路径规划、切削参数确定和数控程序编制的数控加工研究,并进行了五轴数控机床的加工实践验证。实践证明液压镂空零件的数控加工合理有效性,同时规范合理的数控加工是保证其加工精度、提高加工效率的关键。液压镂空零件的数控加工可为同类型薄壁零件的高效、高精度加工提供一定的参考和借鉴。Aiming at some kind of stainless steel hydraulic hollow part is difficult to process due to the lack of rigidity caused by its own structure,in order to improve its processing efficiency and quality,the processing research and practice were carried out.The NC machining research of hydraulic hollow-out parts were carried out through part entity modeling,machining path planning,cutting parameters determination and NC program programming,and verified by the machining practice of five-axis NC machine tool.Practice has proved that the NC machining of hydraulic hollow parts is reasonable and effective,and the standard and reasonable NC machining is the key to ensure the machining accuracy of hydraulic hollow parts and improve the processing efficiency.The NC machining of hydraulic hollow parts can provide a certain reference for the high-efficiency and high-precision machining of the same type of thin-wall parts.
