摘  要:随着煤矿采煤设备的性能提升,煤炭产量日益增大,作为运输设备的煤矿用电机车装载量也需相应地提升,以保证煤矿井下的运输任务的需要。而运载物料能力更强的煤矿防爆蓄电池电机车则需要更强劲的动力系统。针对此需求设计了一种大容量防爆特殊型电源装置,来满足煤矿防爆蓄电池电机车使用需要。介绍了该装置的完整设计过程,并通过试验验证设计的可靠性,以及适应煤矿井下的各种要求和规定,保证煤矿防爆蓄电池电机车的强大运载能力和稳定安全运行,且延长了使用寿命,同时为防爆特殊型电源装置设计和改进提供了一定的理论指导。With the improvement of the performance of coal mining equipment,the output of coal is increasing day by day,the load of electric locomotive in coal mine as transportation equipment also needs to be increased accordingly,in order to ensure the need of transportation task in coal mine.But the coal mine explosion-proof battery electric locomotive with stronger carrying capacity needs more powerful power system.According to this demand,a large capacity special type explosion-proof power supply device was designed to meet the needs of coal mine explosion-proof battery locomotive.Introduced the complete design process of the device,and verified the reliability of the design through the test,as well as adapts to various requirements and regulations of the coal mine underground,which ensures the strong carrying capacity and stable safe operation of the explosion-proof battery locomotive in coal mine,and prolongs the service life,provides some theoretical guidance for the design and improvement of the special type explosion proof power supply device.
