摘  要:针对矿用自卸车轮边减速器机架开裂问题进行失效分析,通过对路谱数据进行采集,提出了更改机架材料并在机架上增加肋板的方式来优化机架提升寿命,应用仿真手段进行模拟分析和计算对比,结果表明改进的机架寿命得到明显提升。通过模态分析与铸造工艺性仿真分析验证在机架上加肋板的可行性。Aimed at the crack problem of wheel-side reducer frame of the mine dump truck,the failure analysis was carried out.Through collecting the road spectrum data,a method of changing the material of the frame and adding rib plates on the frame was put forward to optimize the frame and improve life.Through simulation analysis and calculation comparison means,the results show that the improved rack life has been improved obviously.The feasibility of adding rib plate on the frame was verifiy by modal analysis and casting process simulation.
