摘  要:针对陈四楼煤矿副井提升机备用信号装置安全稳定性能低的问题,研究并提出了提升信号双线制的解决方案。通过在信号及操车系统各站点控制箱内装配2套提升信号PLC,并对同一站点的主/备信号PLC设置相同的硬件组态、IP地址和控制程序,使主信号系统与备信号系统具备同等功能;利用车房信号控制箱中空气开关的分合闸,对主/备信号系统进行手动切换。实践证明,此种冗余设计使主/备信号系统与提升机控制系统无缝衔接,有效降低了副井提升系统的安全风险,避免了安全事故的发生。In response to the problem of low safety and stability performance of the backup signal device for the auxiliary shaft hoist in Chensilou coal mine,a solution of two-wire system of lifting signal system was studied and proposed.By assembling two sets of lifting signal PLC in the signal and operation system control box,and setting the hardware configuration,IP address and control program of the main/backup signal PLC in the control box to be the same,the main signal system and backup signal system have the same function;by opening or closing the air switch in the signal control box,manual switching of the main/backup signal system can be achieved.Practice has proven that this redundant design seamlessly connects the main/backup signal system with the hoist control system,effectively reduces the safety risk of the auxiliary shaft hoisting system and avoids safety accident.
