摘 要:矿井供排水泵在矿井供排水时起着液体输送和增压的作用,即使是一件元器件的损坏都会使得整个水泵无法运行,进而影响到供排水系统。为了进一步提高水泵的可靠性和故障诊断效率,提出了一种基于贝叶斯网络的矿井供排水泵故障诊断方法。根据系统根节点关键重要度、概率重要度和后验概率的计算结果,得出供排水泵的薄弱环节及对系统影响最大的因素。Mine water supply and drainage pump plays the role of liquid transportation and pressurization in mine water supply and drainage,even the damage of one component will make the whole water pump can′t run,which will affect the water supply and drainage system.In order to further improve the reliability of the water pump and the efficiency of troubleshooting,a mine water supply and drainage pump troubleshooting method based on Bayesian network was proposed.According to the results of the calculation of the critical importance,probability importance and a posteriori probability of the root nodes of the system,the weak links of the water supply and drainage pump and the factors that have the greatest impact on the system were derived.
