摘 要:针对30°~60°超大倾角综采工作面现阶段自动控制技术无法满足跟机自动化运行过程中移架的稳定性、不能保证移架后的效果等问题,研究超大倾角工作面液压支架自动调整技术,用以提高移架过程中支架的稳定性和支架移架后效果。针对超大倾角工作面全工作面跟机自动化率较低、跟机方案不完善等问题,研究超大倾角工作面全工作面跟机方案,提高工作面跟机自动化率,形成完整的超大倾角综采工作面跟机自动化解决方案。Aiming at the problem that the automatic control technology of 30°-60°ultra-large inclination fully mechanized mining face at the present stage cannot meet the stability of moving support during automatic operation of following machine and cannot guarantee the effect after moving support,the automatic adjustment technology of hydraulic support of ultra-large inclination working face was studied in order to improve the stability of support during moving support and the effect after moving support.Aiming at the problems such as low automatic rate of full working face following machine for ultra-large inclination working face and imperfect following machine scheme,studied the full working face following machine scheme for ultra-large inclination working face,which improves the automatic rate of working face following machine and forms a complete solution for the automatic following machine of the fully-mechanized mining face with ultra-large inclination angle.
