摘　　要：为延长刮板输送机链条使用寿命、优化刮板输送机伸缩机尾的控制系统,设计了一种基于PLC的自动张紧监控系统,可实现刮板输送机机尾链条自动张紧,且多次模拟测试系统均运行正常。In order to prolong the service life of the scraper conveyor chain and optimize the control system of the telescopic tail of the scraper conveyor,an automatic tensioning monitoring system based on PLC was designed,which could realize the automatic tensioning of the conveyor scraper tail chain and the simulation test system was running normally for many times.
