摘 要:在破碎机破碎过程中,颗粒会撞击转子导致破碎机锤头磨损。锤头的磨损会影响转子的动态平衡。因此提出了一种基于有限元模型的煤矿破碎机锤头磨损检测方法。通过建立有限元模型,将破碎机锤头作为关键部件,对破碎过程进行模拟。根据锤头的位移情况和运动轨迹,在不同比例系数下确定单位受力,借助多层神经网络建立检测函数来获取锤头磨损节点的最佳输出结果。该方法在不可作用因素下均能准确检测,具有实际应用价值。During the crushing process of crusher,particles will collide with the rotor,causing wear on the crusher hammer head.The wear of the hammer head can affect the dynamic balance of the rotor.Therefore,a wear detection method for coal mine crusher hammer head based on finite element model was proposed.By establishing a finite element model,the hammer head of the crusher was used as a key component and the crushing process was simulated.Based on the displacement and motion trajectory of the hammer head,the unit force was determined under different proportional coefficients,and a detection function was established by using a multi-layer neural network to obtain the optimal output result of the hammer head wear node.This method can accurately detect under various function factors and has practical application value.
