摘　　要：本文从公共文化服务社会环境与社会需求变化引入“公共文化第三方评估”的概念,然后归纳国内实践进展。在实地调研与文献调研相结合的基础上,梳理我国目前各公共文化服务领域第三方评估情况,选取了合肥市包河区文化艺术中心和广州图书馆2个第三方评估取得良好效果的优秀案例作为研究对象,介绍不同类型文化场馆的第三方评估实践流程。最后在提出问题的基础上,得出我国公共文化服务第三方评估案例工作特点;总结公共文化服务第三方评估工作机制的优化策略。The paper introduces the concept of“Third-Party Evaluation of Public Cultural Services”from the changes in the social environment and social needs of public cultural services,and then summarizes the progress of domestic practice.Based on the combination of field research and literature research,the paper sorts out the situation of third-party evaluation in the field of public cultural services in China,and selects two excellent cases as the object of study,namely,Hefei Baohu District Culture and Art Center and Guangzhou Library,in which third-party evaluation has achieved good results to introduce the third-party evaluation practice process of different types of cultural venues.Finally,on the basis of the questions raised,the characteristics of the third-party evaluation case work of public cultural services in China are concluded.Then,the optimization strategies of the third-party evaluation work mechanism of public cultural services are summarized.
