摘 要:针对高含水率下防聚剂失效问题,研究了新型防聚剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)对不同含水率及初始流量的油水乳液体系流动稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,含水率和初始流量的增加均会使水合物颗粒平均粒径弦长减小,推迟水合物堵管时间。CAB-35在纯水中的抗凝聚效果也较好,它的椰油酰胺基为长烷基链,能降低颗粒间内聚力,通过影响气体水合物颗粒之间的液桥从而使水合物颗粒凝聚力失稳。在倾斜管道中CAB-35仍具有较好的抗凝聚作用。添加CAB-35可在第一次停输再启动后保证水合物浆液的流动时间延长,但第二次停输后仍不能通过再启动泵使流量恢复正常。研究结果为防聚剂选择、高含水率体系下的水合物抗凝聚及非常规管段停启系统中水合物浆液流动提供理论支持。In view of anti-polymerization agent failure under high water content,the effect of the cocamidopropyl betaine(CAB-35)in new anti-polymerization agent on the flow stability of oil-water emulsion systems with different water content and initial flow rates was studied.The experimental results show that the increase in water content and initial flow rate will reduce the average chord length of hydrate particles and delay the plugging time of hydrate particles.CAB-35 also has a good anti-coagulation effect in pure water,and its cocamide group is a long alkyl chain,which can reduce the cohesion between particles and destabilize the cohesion of hydrate particles by affecting the liquid bridge between gas hydrate particles.CAB-35 still has a good anti-coagulation effect in inclined pipelines.The addition of CAB-35 can prolong the flow time of the hydrate slurry after the first stop and restart,but the flow rate cannot be restored to normal by restarting the pump after the second stop.The results of this study provide theoretical support for the selection of anti-polymerization agents,the anti-coagulation of hydrate in the high water content system,and the hydrate slurry flow in the unconventional pipeline section stop-start system.
