数字新基建对中国式现代化发展的赋能效应研究

摘　　要：随着经济社会转向高质量发展阶段,我国统筹推进数字新基建助力中国式现代化发展的重要性日益凸显。选取2010—2021年中国31个省级面板数据,使用空间杜宾模型检验数字新基建对中国式现代化发展的影响效应。研究发现,数字新基建可显著促进中国式现代化发展,且该结论在系列稳健性检验下依然成立。数字新基建不仅可以促进本地现代化发展,亦可借助空间溢出效应提升邻近地区现代化发展水平。机制检验结果显示,数字新基建可通过数字普惠金融促进效应,对中国式现代化发展产生促进作用。异质性分析表明,数字新基建对中国式现代化发展赋能效应存在区域异质性特征。基于此,提出完善数字新基建配套措施、健全区域联动调控机制、定制地区柔性管理战略的政策建议,以期为中国式现代化发展提供理论参照。As the economy and society turn to the stage of high-quality development,it is increasingly important for China to comprehensively promote new digital infrastructure to help Chinese path to modernization.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,the spatial Durbin model is used to test the impact of new digital infrastructure on the development of Chinese path to modernization.The research finds that new digital infrastructure can significantly promote the development of Chinese path to modernization,and this conclusion is still valid under a series of robustness tests.Digital new infrastructure can not only promote local modernization development,but also leverage spatial spillover effects to enhance the level of modernization development in neighboring areas.The mechanism test results show that digital new infrastructure can promote the development of Chinese-style modernization through the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance.Heterogeneity analysis shows that there is regional heterogeneity in the enabling effect of digital new infrastructure on Chinese-style modernization development.Based on this,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to improve the supporting measures of new digital infrastructure,improve the regional linkage regulation mechanism,and customize the regional flexible management strategy,with a view to providing theoretical reference for the development of Chinese path to modernization.
