财政教育支出结构对经济高质量发展的非线性效应——基于职业教育与普通教育的差异分析

摘　　要：财政教育支出作为“科教兴国”的重要政策推动力,对经济高质量发展具有重要影响。基于此,通过构建因子增广的非线性结构模型,以此探索财政教育支出结构对经济高质量发展的非线性效应。研究发现:普通小学和普通高等学校财政教育支出对经济高质量发展的影响幅度最大,普通高中和中等职业学校财政教育支出对经济高质量发展的影响幅度最小;财政教育支出对经济高质量发展的影响效果在经济平稳时期最强,在经济上行时期的影响效果最弱,在经济下行时期的影响效果适中;普通小学、普通初中、中等职业学校的财政教育支出对经济高质量发展具有长期效应,普通高中财政教育支出具有短期效应,普通高等学校财政教育支出具有中期效应。As an important policy driving force of"rejuvenating the country through science and education",financial education expenditure will inevitably have an important impact on high-quality economic development.Based on this,this paper constructs a nonlinear structural model with enlarged factors,and explores the nonlinear effect of financial education expenditure structure on high-quality economic development.The results show that:The financial education expenditure of ordinary primary schools and colleges and universities has the greatest impact on the high-quality economic development,while the financial education expenditure of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools has the smallest impact on the high-quality economic development.The effect of financial education expenditure on high-quality economic development is strongest in the period of economic stability,weakest in the period of economic upswing and moderate in the period of economic downturn.The financial expenditure on education in ordinary primary schools,junior high schools and secondary vocational schools has a long-term effect on high-quality economic development,while the financial expenditure on education in ordinary high schools has a short-term effect,while the political expenditure on education in ordinary colleges and universities has a medium-term effect.
