摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调,要“用好红色资源、传承红色基因、赓续红色血脉”。河南省红色旅游资源丰富,类型全面。长期以来,河南省红色旅游发展稳步向前推进,并取得了巨大成就。然而,根据河南省红色旅游发展现状调查研究表明,红色旅游资源的开发虽得以重视,但还没有被充分挖掘出来,还存在旅游亲和力不足、红色文旅资源开发单一且同质化严重、红色旅游品牌打造有限等问题。针对这些突出问题,提出了以红色文化软环境为抓手优化红色旅游亲和力、以产业融合发展为重点开发红色文化旅游资源和以游客体验质量为核心打造红色旅游产品品牌的发展对策。In the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to"make good use of red resources,inherit red genes and continue the red bloodline"Henan Province is rich in red tourism resources with a comprehensive range of types.For a long time,the development of red tourism in Henan Province has been steadily advancing and has achieved tremendous achievements.However,according to the investigation and research on the curent development status of red tourism in Henan Province,although the development of red tourism resources has been valued,it has not been fully explored,and there are still problems such as insufficient tourism affinity,single and serious homogenization of red cultural tourism resources development and limited brand building of red tourism.In response to these prominent issues,development strategies have been proposed to optimize the affinity of red tourism by focusing on the soft environment of red culture,develop red cultural tourism resources with a focus on industrial integration development and build red tourism product brands with tourist experience quality as the core.
