摘　　要：简述了国内高质量双零铝箔生产状况,并对双零铝箔生产中影响产品质量的因素,如铝箔坯料质量、生产工艺选择、人员操作施工等进行了分析,从铝箔坯料控制、轧制工艺选择、轧制油选配、热处理工艺、工作环境及相对湿度等方面,探讨了如何降低针孔数量,减少双零铝箔轧制的废品率,旨在提高国内双零铝箔产品质量。This article sketches the production status of high-quality double zero aluminum foil in China and analyzes the factors that affect product quality in the production of double zero aluminum foil,such as aluminum foil billet quality,production process selection,personnel operation and construction.From the aspects of aluminum foil billet control,rolling process selection,rolling oil selection,heat treatment process,working environment and relative humidity,it explores how to reduce the number of pinholes and the scrap rate of double zero aluminum foil rolling,aiming to improve the quality of domestic double zero aluminum foil products.
