摘  要:随着新能源发电的快速发展,新能源发电输出功率的间歇性和不确定性问题日益突出,为增强电网对新能源的消纳能力,设计了1台I型三电平储能变流器。在深入分析其工作原理的基础上,构建了数学模型并给出了恒流充放电控制策略。针对三电平储能变流器中点电位不平衡的问题,提出了带可变分配因子的空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(SVPWM)算法以实现对中点电位波动的快速响应。样机实验结果表明,在恒流充放电控制策略下,样机在并网工况下具有良好的稳态和暂态性能,所采用的带可变分配因子的SVPWM算法能快速抑制中点电位波动且抑制效果明显。With the rapid development of new energy generation,the issue of intermittency and uncertainty in the output power of new energy generation is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to enhance the grid's ability to absorb new energy,a type I three level energy storage converter has been designed.On the basis of in-depth analysis of its working principle,a mathematical model was constructed and a constant current charging and discharging control strategy was provided.In response to the problem of midpoint potential imbalance in the three level energy storage converter,a space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)algorithm with variable distribution factor was proposed to achieve rapid response to midpoint potential fluctuations.The experimental results of prototype show that under constant current charging and discharging control strategy,the designed prototype has good steady-state and transient performance under grid connection conditions.The used SVPWM algorithm with variable allocation factor can quickly suppress midpoint potential fluctuations and has a significant inhibitory effect.
