摘  要:介绍了低介电(LDK)玻璃纤维布中空纤维对印刷电路板(PCB)的危害,为减小折射液与低介电玻璃之间因折射率差异给可视化中空纤维的测量带来的影响,将无水乙醇和苯甲酸苄酯掺杂得到一种新型的低介电玻璃折射率匹配液。研究了不同苯甲酸苄酯体积占比对折射率的影响,并对折射率匹配液的温度的敏感性、表面张力、稳定性及安全性进行了研究。结果表明,55%苯甲酸苄酯和45%乙醇的折射率匹配液在25℃时的折射率与低介电玻璃的折射率相近,其对LDK玻璃纤维布隐身效果极佳,中空纤维现象明显且测试效率高,该折射率匹配液具有稳定性高、表面张力低、粘度小、成本低且对人体危害性小等优点,可用于LDK玻璃纤维布中空纤维测试。The effect of hollow fibers in the low dielectric(LDK)glass cloth on printed circuit boards(PCB)is described.To reduce the impact of refractive index difference between refractive liquids and low dielectric glass on the detection of hollow fibers,a new type of matching solution for the refractive index of low dielectric glass was obtained by mixing anhydrous ethanol and benzyl benzoate.The influence of different volume ratios of benzyl benzoate on the refractive index,and the temperature sensitivity,surface tension,stability and safety of the refractive index matching solution were studied.The results showed that the refractive index of the matching liquid consisting of 55%benzyl benzoate and 45%ethanol was similar to that of low dielectric glass at 25℃,and it had excellent invisibility effect on the LDK glass cloth,with obvious hollow fiber phenomenon and thus high efficiency of hollow fiber detection.This matching solution has advantages of high stability,low surface tension,low viscosity,low cost and less harm to human body,which can be used for the detection of hollow fibers in LDK glass cloth.
