摘  要:为了提升浸润剂利用率,降低玻璃纤维生产成本,增加产品市场竞争优势,研发一种可改变玻璃纤维丝束在涂油辊重叠的矢量喷雾,增加玻璃纤维丝束与浸润剂的接触面积,经过使用后数据验证,玻璃纤维丝束在涂油辊处分散性对浸润剂利用率有明显影响,分散性越好,浸润剂利用率越高。In order to improve the utilization of sizing agent,reduce the cost of glass fiber production and increase the competitive advantage of products in the market,a kind of vector spray which can change the overlap of glass strands on the size applicating roller was developed to increase the contact area between glass strands and sizing agent.The results showed that the dispersion of glass strands at the size applicating roller had an obvious effect on the utilization of sizing agent.The better the glass strands dispersed,the higher the sizing efficiency would be.
