“低技术”在传统风貌建筑干预中的应用——以绍兴上虞平山村009号民居为例

摘　　要：随着时代的迅速发展及社会环境的变化,建筑遗产的关注范围不断拓展,开始逐渐向数量众多的传统风貌建筑倾斜,但在干预力度、技术体系与操作方法上还存在诸多问题。文章通过对“低技术”策略的研究,从干预原则、应用前提、策略思路、适用范围、作用影响及技术方法出发,结合绍兴上虞平山村009号民居实例,针对关键问题提出干预措施与操作依据,具体说明“低技术”在传统风貌建筑干预中的应用方法,为该类建筑遗产的修缮与更新提供参考。With the rapid development of the times and changes in the social environment,the scope of concern for architectural heritage has been expanding,and it has begun to gradually tilt toward a large number of traditional style buildings,but there are still many problems in terms of intervention efforts,technical systems and operational methods.Through the study on“low-technology”strategy,from the aspects of intervention principles,application premise,strategic idea,application scope,effect and technical method,combined with the example of No.009 residence in Shangyu Pingshan Village in Shaoxing,the paper proposes intervention measures and operation basis for the key problems,and specifies the application methods of“low-technology”in the intervention of traditional landscape architecture.It provides a reference for the restoration and renewal of this type of architectural heritage.
