摘　　要：以青岛近代历史建筑医药商店旧址的清水砖墙的历史和保护修复工程为具体案例,通过现场调研和测绘发现修复中的问题,并针对青岛沿海气候下砖材的劣化机理进行研究分析,结合国内外的相关经验,探讨针对青岛沿海地区气候下的近代历史建筑清水砖墙的适宜性修复原则和技术手段。Taking the history,protection and restoration of the clean brick wall of the former site of Rote Kreuz-Apotheke of the modern historical buildings in Qingdao as a specific case,the problems in the restoration were found through field investigation and mapping,and the deterioration mechanism of the brick under the coastal climate in Qingdao was studied and analyzed.Combining with the relevant experience at home and abroad,this paper discusses the principles and technical means for the suitability restoration of clean brick walls of modern historical buildings under the climate in the coastal areas of Qingdao.
