摘  要:城市滨水公共空间作为基础设施建设的重要组成部分,具有促进生态循环、彰显地域人文和美化城市形象的功能,是市民游憩休闲、亲近自然的空间。为提升城市滨水公共空间品质,本研究以武汉东湖核心区域滨水公共空间为样本,通过构建满意度评价体系,运用AHP-IPA法将影响空间满意度的关键要素进行层级分类和权重计算,经实验发现东湖核心区域滨水公共空间整体满意度为比较满意(3.532),其中准则层的权重排序为自然景观>基础设施>交通动线>服务管理,满意度排序为服务管理>交通动线>自然景观>基础设施。将权重数值和满意度分值导入象限矩阵进行可视化分析后总结了17项目标层的象限定位结果,并提出了相应的优化策略,灵活利用定量分析方法指导城市滨水公共空间设计更新。Urban waterfront public space,as an important part of infrastructure construction,has the functions of promoting ecological cycle,highlighting regional culture and beautifying city image.It is a space for citizens to relax and get close to nature.In order to improve the quality of urban waterfront public space,this paper takes the waterfront public space in the core area of East Lake in Wuhan as a sample,constructs a satisfaction evaluation system,adopts AHP-IPA method to classify the key factors affecting the spatial satisfaction and then calculates their weight.The experiment finds that the overall satisfaction of the waterfront public space in the core area of East Lake is relatively satisfactory(3.532).The weight order of criterion layer is natural landscape>infrastructure>traffic line>service management,and the satisfaction order is service management>traffic line>natural landscape>infrastructure.After the weight value and satisfaction score were imported into the quadrantal matrix for visualization analysis,the results of 17 object layers’quadrantal positioning were summarized,and the corresponding optimization strategies were proposed to guide the design renewal of urban waterfront public space with flexible quantitative analysis methods.
