怀宁街区公共空间微更新营建措施研究——以“退墙”行动为例

摘　　要：经过快速城市化浪潮后,城市发展逐渐由增量开发模式转向存量开发,长期以来以物质空间规划为主的建设方式和管理体系逐步显示出不足的一面。公共空间作为城市街区的重要组成部分,对于激发城市活力、提升人居环境品质具有重要意义。文章通过对街区公共空间概念、研究综述的阐述,结合怀宁县城发展特点,从行动目标识别、广泛民意征求入手,重点介绍街区公共空间微更新营建措施中的“退墙”行动,包括围墙退让、功能多元、景观设计等改造措施。同时结合怀宁县城“退墙”行动,进一步验证营建策略的合理性,以期为街区公共空间营造,改善环境品质提供参考和借鉴。After the wave of rapid urbanization,the urban development gradually changed from the incremental development mode to the stock development,and the construction mode and management system oriented by material space planning for a long time gradually showed its shortcomings.As an important part of urban block,public space plays an important role in stimulating urban vitality and improving the quality of living environment.Through the elaboration on the concept and research summary of the block public space,combined with the development characteristics of Huaining County,starting from the identification of action objectives and extensive solicitation of public opinion,the paper focuses on the“wall retreat”action in the“micro-renewal”construction measures of the block public space,including the wall retreat,functional diversification,landscape design and other transformation measures.At the same time,combined with the practice of“wall retreat”in Huaining Middle School,the rationality of construction strategy is further verified,in order to provide a reference for the construction of public space in blocks and for the improvement of environmental quality.
