摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快,越来越多的人口从农村进入城市,城市的气候和环境问题日益凸显。城市化过程导致城市下垫面改变,自然土体被不透水的钢筋混凝土覆盖,城市热岛问题突出。文章通过研究武汉市各类建设用地的开发强度特征,包括容积率、建筑密度和建筑平均高度,计算武汉市地表温度和热岛强度,分析和总结武汉市各类建设用地开发强度和热岛效应特征,从空间形态出发提出规划改善策略,为城市规划和建设提供指导依据。With the accelerated urbanization,more and more people are moving from rural areas to cities,and the climate and environmental problems in cities are becoming increasingly prominent.The process of urbanization has led to the change in the underlying surface of the city,and the natural soil is covered by impervious reinforced concrete,and the problem of urban heat island is prominent.This paper studies the built intensity characteristics of various types of construction plots in Wuhan,including floor area ratio,building density and average building height,calculates the land surface temperature and heat island intensity of Wuhan,and analyzes and summarizes the development intensity and heat island effect characteristics of various construction plots in Wuhan.It proposes planning improvement strategies from the perspective of spatial morphology,so as to provide guidance for urban planning and construction.
