摘 要:文章针对国内的具体现状,比较全面地对居住街区的合理规模进行了分析,分别从城市路网的规划、配套设施的服务半径、邻里空间的建立、城市活力和经济的发展、公共权益的维护等角度分析了居住街区规模尺度的上限,从空间层次的创造、配套设施的规模效益、配套设施的分级设置等角度分析了居住街区规模尺度的下限,认为居住街区规模用地范围为4~6.25 hm^(2),户数控制在1000~2000户,人数控制在3000~5000人比较合适。Based on the current domestic situation,the paper comprehensively analyzes the rational scale of residential blocks.Then it analyzes the upper limit for the scale of residential blocks from the aspects of the urban road network planning,the service radius of the supporting facilities,the establishment of the neighborhood space,the urban vitality and economic development,and the maintenance of public rights and interests,as well as the lower limit for the scale of residential blocks from the aspects of the creation of spatial levels,the scale benefits of the supporting facilities and also the grading set of the supporting facilities.It is believed that the land area of the residential block should be controlled in 4hm^(2)~6.25hm^(2),the number of households should be in 1000~2000,and the number of people should be in the range of 3000~5000.
