摘　　要：在国家全面推进乡村振兴的背景下,如何提高农村住宅居住品质,提升建筑能源效率成为农村绿色发展的重要问题之一。本研究以“土地杯”设计竞赛获奖作品为例,对新型农村住宅进行解析。在满足当地传统文化的前提下,将烟台市砣矶岛当地民居特色与绿色建筑技术相结合,从场地、空间、技术三个维度提出适宜该地区的新型农村绿色住宅设计策略,为农村住宅建设提供新思路。In the context of comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization,how to improve the living quality of rural residences and to improve the energy efficiency of buildings have become one of the important issues restricting the green development of rural areas.This paper takes the winning works of“Land Cup”design competition as an example to analyze the new rural housing.On the premise of meeting the local traditional culture,this paper combines the local folk house characteristics of Yantai Tuoji Island with green building technology,and puts forward a new rural green housing design strategy suitable for this area from the three dimensions of site,space and technology,so as to provide a new idea for rural housing construction.
