摘　　要：在我国认知照护需求快速增长的社会背景下,如何为认知症老人提供具有尊严感、舒适性、友好化的照料环境已成为当前社会面临的核心问题。文章以认知症照料设施中的共享空间为研究对象,通过对认知症老人的病情过程及行为表现、认知症照料内容及相应空间特征的解析,并调研北京和长沙两家认知症照料设施设计案例,探讨认知症照料设施中共享空间友好化设计原则,进而从功能、色彩、材料、声光环境等四个室内设计要素角度提出认知症照料设施中共享空间的友好化设计策略,旨在为今后认知症照料设施设计的深入研究与实践尽绵薄之力。In the context of the rapid growth of cognitive care demand in China,how to provide a highly dignified,comfortable and friendly care environment for the elderly with dementia has become a core problem in the current society.The paper takes the shared space in dementia care facilities as the research object,analyzes the pathological process and behaviors of cognitive elderly,the contents of cognitive care and the corresponding spatial characteristics,and investigates the design cases of two dementia care facilities in Beijing and Changsha.It discusses the friendly design principles for shared space in dementia care facilities,and then proposes the friendly design strategies for shared space in dementia care facilities from the perspective of four indoor design elements,such as function,color,material,and acousto-optic environment.It aims to promote the in-depth research and practice of dementia care facility design in the future.
