激发民族团结的力量源泉:越南文化家庭建设及启示——以西原恐怖袭击事件为例

摘　　要：2023年6月,越南西原再次爆发的民族分裂事件很快被越南政府平息,并成功抓获所有涉案主犯。事件得以快速处置凸显越南在推进民族团结工作上取得显著成效,这背后离不开越南长期坚持推行的文化家庭建设运动。该运动把家庭视为民族团结的力量源泉,以塑造权威认同、文化认同和制度认同为目标任务,充分发挥家庭在政治、教育、经济、道德、文化传承等方面的重要功能,积极推动家庭社会化,凝聚家庭共识,增强国家认同感基础上促进民族文化认同,为民族大团结提供强大的精神支撑和物质基础。该运动在加强党的领导、推动家庭价值观建设、凝聚海内外力量以及规避形式主义和组织协调不足等方面为我们提供了经验和启示。In June 2023,an ethnic division event broke out again in the Central Highlands of Vietnam,and the Vietnamese government quickly quelled the event successfully and captured all main culprits involved in the event.The rapid settlement of the event highlights the remarkable success of Vietnam's efforts to promote national unity,which cannot be achieved without the country's long-standing implementation of the cultural family construction campaign.This campaign views the family as a source of strength for national unity,takes the shaping of authoritative identification,cultural identification,and institutional identification as targeting mission,fully exerts the important roles of family in politics,education,economy,morality,and cultural inheritance,actively promotes the socialization of family,integrates family consensus,and facilitates national culture identification on the basis of enhancing national identification,which all provide strong spiritual support and material foundation for the nation's great unity.This campaign has provided us experience and enlightenment in many aspects,such as to strengthen the Party's leading,to promote the construction of family value,to accumulate domestic and foreign forces,and to avoid formalism and inefficiency in coordination.
