摘　　要：农村生活垃圾治理是中国生态文明建设的重要内容,也是实现人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化进程中不可或缺的环节。目前,中国农村生活垃圾治理与生态文明建设的目标还有相当大差距。农村生活垃圾治理还存在政策制度不够完善、治理环节不协调、治理手段传统单一、生活垃圾治理基础设施落后以及监督和宣传不到位、个人生活垃圾分类意识薄弱等问题,应从强化组织赋能、升级基础设施、引进智能技术完善分类治理和监督体系、利用新媒体扩大宣传、培养农民的环保共同体意识等方面入手,优化农村生活垃圾治理。Rural household garbage governance is an important element of Chinese ecological civilization construction and an indispensable link in the process of achieving Chinese-style modernization,in which human beings coexist harmoniously with nature.Currently,the effectiveness of rural household garbage governance in China does not fully match the goals of ecological civilization construction.There are constraints faced by rural household garbage governance in China,including insufficient policies and systems,lack of coordination in the management processes,reliance on traditional and single means of garbage governance,outdated governance infrastructure,inadequate supervision and publicity,and weak awareness of individual household garbage classification.Further,optimization measures for rural household garbage governance in China are proposed,such as strengthening organizational empowerment,upgrading infrastructure,introducing intelligent technologies to improve the classification governance and supervision system,expanding publicity through the use of new media,and fostering peasants awareness of environmental protection and community,These measures aim to provide references to enhance Chinese rural household garbage governance and promote a modernized ecological civilization of the Chinese style.
