摘  要:重力式码头石质基槽爆破质量和效率直接影响到整个工程质量、工期、费用等,为此,提出重力式码头薄层石质基槽开挖裸露爆破施工关键技术研究。以防城港15万吨级减载平台工程基槽及停泊地开挖、炸礁及清礁工程为例,对比钻机船钻孔装药爆破施工技术和裸露爆破施工技术,采用槽钢和履带吊投药方法,从设备投入、人员投入、施工效率、工期、经济效益等多方面分析,解决了施工进度慢和工艺复杂、成本费用高的问题,大幅缩短了项目工期,降低项目成本,有效提高重力式码头基槽施工进度,同时保证施工质量达到设计要求,具有良好的技术效益、经济效益及社会效益。The quality and efficiency of blasting for the stone foundation groove of a gravity dock directly affect the overall project quality,construction period,cost,etc.Therefore,a key technology research on the excavation of the thin layer stone foundation groove of a gravity dock through exposed blasting is proposed.Taking the excavation,reef blasting,and reef cleaning project of the 150000 ton load reduction platform project in Fangchenggang as an example,this paper compares the drilling and blasting construction techniques of drilling rigs and exposed blasting construction techniques.By using channel steel and crawler crane dosing methods,the problems of slow construction progress,complex process,and high cost are analyzed from multiple aspects such as equipment investment,personnel investment,construction efficiency,construction period,and economic benefits.The project significantly shortens the project duration,reduces project costs,effectively improves the construction progress of gravity dock foundation trenches,and ensures that the construction quality meets the design requirements.It has good technical,economic,and social benefits.
