摘 要:丘北至砚山高速公路清平4号大桥的14个薄壁空心高墩的施工是项目关键。鉴于最高墩高达58m,施工条件复杂且场地有限,大型设备进场困难,本文提出采用爬模施工法进行薄壁空心高墩的施工。文章详细阐述了模板配置、爬架设计、组装方案以及特殊节段的施工方案,并介绍了塔吊选型与布置。此外,本项目还开发了一套先进的爬模控制、监测及预警系统,旨在提高施工精度、效率及安全性。通过本文的研究,为类似桥梁工程的高墩施工提供了有益的参考。The construction of 14 thin-walled hollow high piers of Qingping No.4 Bridge on the Qiubei to Yanshan Expressway is crucial to the project.Given that the highest pier reaches a height of 58 meters,the construction conditions are complex and the site is limited,making it difficult for large equipment to enter the site,this article proposes to use the climbing formwork construction method for the construction of thin-walled hollow high piers.The article elaborates on the template configuration,climbing frame design,assembly plan,and construction plan for special sections,and introduces the selection and layout of tower cranes.In addition,this project has also developed an advanced climbing control,monitoring,and early warning system aimed at improving construction accuracy,efficiency,and safety.This study provides useful references for the construction of high piers in similar bridge engineering.
