摘  要:智能电厂和信息化建设对信息通信融合发展提出了新的需求,信息通信融合不是信息通信的简单整合,而是要从发电厂自身高质量发展和数字化转型的需求出发,利用前沿通信和信息技术,建立一个弹性扩展、功能完善、接口开放的信息通信业务模型体系。本文从发电厂的核心业务需求出发,提出了以多业务融合发展为目标,以多系统全面支撑为基础的新型信息通信融合构建方案,实现了发电厂信息通信资源的统一智能调度和高效集约化管理,以更好地满足当下智能电厂建设所面临的业务需求多样化、业务需求深入化和业务需求多变化的需要。Intelligent power plants and information construction have put forward new demands for the development of information and communication integration.Information and communication integration is not a simple integration of information and communication,but should start from the needs of high-quality development and digital transformation of power plants,and use cutting-edge communication and information technology to establish a flexible,fully functional,and open interface information and communication business model system.Starting from the core business requirements of power plants,this article proposes a new information and communication integration construction scheme with the goal of multi business integration development and comprehensive support of multiple systems as the basis.It realizes the unified intelligent scheduling and efficient intensive management of information and communication resources in power plants,in order to better meet the diverse,deepening,and changing needs of current intelligent power plant construction.
