摘 要:我国分布有大量的岩溶地貌,是世界上岩溶发育最为典型的区域之一,岩溶类型多样复杂,而正因为这些岩溶地貌的复杂与较多的不可控因素,给这些区域内进行工程建设造成诸多难题。高压旋喷注浆法是采用高压水流连续和集中的作用在土地上,对土层产生巨大的冲击破碎和搅动作用,通过注入浆液,使浆液和土拌合均匀并凝固为新的固结体,从而达到对不良地基加固的效果。本文结合长株潭城际铁路车辆段工程,研究分析岩溶不良地质条件下,就单管高压旋喷注浆地基加固设计思路、具体方案及主要技术等进行深入研究,对类似地质条件下的工程提供参考经验。There are a large number of karst landforms distributed in China,which is one of the most typical areas of karst development in the world.The types of karst are diverse and complex,and precisely because of the complexity and many uncontrollable factors of these karst landforms,engineering construction in these areas has caused many difficulties.The high-pressure rotary jet grouting method uses continuous and concentrated high-pressure water flow to act on the soil,causing significant impact,fragmentation,and agitation on the soil layer.By injecting slurry,the slurry and soil are mixed evenly and solidified into a new solid,thereby achieving the effect of reinforcing poor foundations.This article combines the vehicle depot project of the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan intercity railway to study and analyze the design ideas,specific schemes,and main technologies of single pipe high-pressure rotary jet grouting foundation reinforcement under adverse karst geological conditions.It provides reference experience for similar geological conditions in engineering.
