火灾事故对森林土壤微生物生物量的影响研究

摘  要:火灾事故会改变土壤环境的理化性质,破坏土壤环境的固有平衡,故提出火灾事故对森林土壤微生物生物量的影响分析研究。选取研究区域,设计实验地火灾事故情况(轻度、中度与重度),制定土壤样品采集程序,采用稀释平板法测定土壤微生物数量,利用熏蒸提取-容量分析法测定土壤微生物生物量碳含量、氮含量。测定结果:随着火灾事故程度的增加,土壤微生物数量呈现逐渐下降的趋势,碳含量、氮含量均呈现逐渐增加的趋势;随着土壤恢复年限的增加,微生物数量、碳含量与氮含量均呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势。Fire accidents can alter the physicochemical properties of soil environment and disrupt the inherent balance of soil environment.Therefore,an analysis and research on the impact of fire accidents on forest soil microbial biomass is proposed.The research selects the research area to design experimental site fire accidents(mild,moderate,and severe).It develops soil sample collection procedures by using dilution plate method to determine soil microbial quantity.Fumigation extraction capacity analysis method is used to determine soil microbial biomass carbon content and nitrogen content.As the degree of fire accidents increases,the number of soil microorganisms shows a gradually decreasing trend,while the carbon and nitrogen content both show a gradually increasing trend.With the increase of soil restoration years,the number of microorganisms,carbon content,and nitrogen content all show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
