摘　　要：目的基于临床效用多维模型,从可及性、适宜性、可行性和可接受性4个方面探讨心理痛苦温度计在血液病患儿中的临床实用性,为临床评估血液病患儿心理痛苦提供可用工具。方法便利抽样法选取125例血液病患儿,采用一般情况调查表、中文版心理痛苦温度计和儿童抑郁量表进行调查。结果问卷有效回收率为92.59%;患儿对心理痛苦温度计理解程度和作用评价均分均>2.3分;以儿童抑郁量表为金标准,心理痛苦温度计得分3.5分时,灵敏度和特异度分别为0.905、0.635。结论心理痛苦温度计在血液病患儿中具有较好的临床实用性,可作为该群体心理痛苦的有效评估工具。Objective To assess the clinical utility of the Distress Thermometer(DT)in children with hematological diseases via utilizing Smart′s multidimensional model of clinical utility(the focus of which included accessibility,appropriateness,practicability,and acceptability),so as to provide a valuable tool assessing psychological distress for this population.Methods A total of 125 children with hematological diseases were selected using convenience sampling method,then they were investigated by utilizing a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version DT,and the Children′s Depression Inventory(CDI).Results The effective response rate of the survey was 92.59%.The average scores of the children′s understanding and evaluation of the DT were above 2.3 points.Taking CDI as the gold standard,when the participants scored 3.5 points in DT,its sensitivity and specificity was 0.905 and 0.635,respectively.Conclusion The DT shows good clinical utility in children with hematological diseases,and it can serve as an effective assessment tool for psychological distress in this population.
